For domestic US mail: we use regular postage so you should receive your mail within 1-3 weeks after submitting your order.

If you do not receive your mail within a month of purchasing, please contact us through our contact form.

For international mail: we use regular postage so it can take anywhere from a month to 6-7 weeks to arrive depending on your location and local mail courier.

If you do not receive your mail within at least 6-7 weeks of purchasing, please contact us through our contact form.

Mail will be posted within 1-2 days after purchase!

For the Pensive Posts mail club, shipping is included in the price for US members.

For International members: shipping is $1.00 USD for global postage.

Mail is sent out through regular postage so there is no tracking available. If you do not receive your letter within a month (US) or 6-7 weeks (International) of purchasing please contact us through our contact form.
